Unlike traditional career counselling, we believe that skills and abilities should not be the most important aspect to consider when choosing a career, simply because skills can be learnt and abilities can be acquired. Furthermore, we believe that nobody should be limited, nor obligated to pursue a career based on demand in the marketplace for a specific career.

And lastly, we believe that exposure to various careers, is the secret to choosing the right career, university degree, apprenticeship program or business venture.​

Most people choose a career based on their High School grades, their skills and abilities and the market demand for jobs. Is it any wonder that this approach is causing so many students to either change their major during their first year, quit studying before finishing their degree or worst of all, end up in a job for 40 years where they feel completely frustrated, unfulfilled and unhappy?
