We provide High School students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of careers, specific job roles, industries and businesses, before making career or study decisions. The most practical way is through our PATH-2-PASSION Career Shadowing Network, where our goal is to offer you exposure to any career, anywhere, anytime. This will enable you to make a well-informed career/study decision based on your personal experience.

For Organizations
We offer organizations the opportunity to showcase their business to potential future employees. They also gain access to the most passionate, ambitious and innovative community of future candidates, who view work as a life calling rather than merely a way to make a living. In order to gain access to our PATH-2-PASSION Career Shadowing Network, candidates need to complete at least one of our online programs, where the primary outcome is to discover their passion. Candidates also go through a rigorous process of self-discovery, personality profiling, skills assessment as well as an evaluation of a comprehensive list of criteria to identify specific job roles/tasks, organizational types and industries where they will thrive, including a student's personal, professional and financial goals. ​​​​​​​
